Agreement

By downloading or using ICL, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an ICL profile or use creator features. By using ICL, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The service

ICL lets you create prompts, share links, and receive anonymous messages. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee that a prompt will receive replies.

Anonymous replies may include technical sender hints (such as approximate location from network metadata, device/browser summary, screen size, language, timezone, and network/ISP organization) as described in our Privacy Policy. These hints do not identify who sent a reply.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access secure. Do not share credentials or try to access another person’s account.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you post. You grant ICL a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service (including share cards and links you choose to publish).

You are responsible for what you post and for how you use replies. Anonymous messaging can include unwanted or hurtful content — use report and block tools, and follow our Community Guidelines.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or harm others
Post illegal, sexual involving minors, or exploitative content
Spam, scam, or impersonate others
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
Use ICL for medical, legal, mental-health, financial, or emergency advice

Safety and moderation

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our guidelines. We may also cooperate with law enforcement when required.

ICL has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. In-app tools let creators hide content immediately, report abusive activity, and block senders from future interaction.

We review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. When a report is upheld, we remove the content and eject the user who provided it.

Disclaimers

ICL is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not control what users write in anonymous messages.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ICL and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using ICL at any time and request deletion via the app. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
